Digital Links accepts legal liability for donated equipment on receipt.
Liability and responsibility pass from the donor upon collection of your IT assets and security management starts the moment assets leave the premises. Collection paperwork, signed by both parties, based on a physical count, confirms the contents of the consignment. For high value items or data bearing assets with highly sensitive data, secure crates and cages can be provided for transportation.
