Sir Paul Judge, Chairman
Sir Paul had a successful career with Cadbury Schweppes followed by his forming Premier Brands from a buyout of the UK, Irish and French food businesses of Cadbury Schweppes. After selling Premier Brands, he moved into the public and political sectors where he was Director General of the Conservative Party from 1992 until 1995.

In 1990 he gave £8 million to the University of Cambridge to found the Judge Institute of Management. He holds a number of Board positions for international organisations, which include Chairman of the Wharton Executive Board for Europe, Africa and the Middles East, and the UK Chairman of the British-North American Committee. Sir Paul is a Freeman of the City of London, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, the Institute of Directors and the Marketing Society, and a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute. In 1995 the University of Cambridge made him an Honorary Doctor of Law and in 1996 he became a Knight Bachelor in recognition of his public and political service.

Chris Mathias, Vice Chairman and Founding Trustee
Chris was born and raised in India but now lives in the UK. Chris’ primary focus has been in the IT sector. Following a career at Arthur Andersen, Bain and Co, INSEAD Business School and a number of successful turnarounds, Chris successfully founded several companies, most notably Conduit Communications, an IT consulting firm and service provider. Chris is a trustee of Homestart and Charity Technology Trust (CTT), a founding trustee of Impetus, a major donor to Oxfam GB and an ambassador for Action Aid.

Jo Bell, Treasurer
Jo has worked in the IT services sector for eight years both as a consultant and in an operational capacity. She has experience in managing new venture start-ups and in organisational growth and development. Jo was instrumental in the growth and running of Conduit Communications and facilitated its merger and integration with Razorfish Inc.

Marcus Lyon, Trustee
Born and brought up in rural Britain Marcus' roots are very much in small engaged communities. Since his degree in Political Science he has balanced life between his art and commercial photography business, publishing, property development and a life long commitment to the development sector. Alongside his work for DLI he is presently an Ambassador for the ground breaking Photovoice organisation and Chairman of the development agency The International Children's Trust.

Kelly Schneider Lees, Trustee
Kelly Schneider Lees has been a senior executive for innovative media and consumer brands in the US, Europe and Africa.  Kelly has notable achievements in the areas of strategic marketing, product innovation and global product launch. Her work has resulted in market share growth, improvements in customer retention, increased revenue and decreased costs for firms as diverse as America Online, Microsoft, PartyGaming, Nike, Viacom, and Green Mountain Energy.

Kelly earned a MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Studio art from Kenyon College. She serves as a trustee for Digital-Links.com,  the London Print Studio, Digital Pipeline, is a board member of Aquaya and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Kelly acts as an advisor  to several early stage media and technology ventures. She is a US citizen who lives in London with her husband and two daughters.

Nnenna Ilomechina, Trustee
Nnenna has spent the last 12 years managing complex multi-million dollar technology/business implementation programs in both Europe and in the United States.  Nnenna’s areas of expertise include re-organisation, restructuring and cost reduction programmes

Nnenna is currently a Director at AlixPartners, a global restructuring, consulting and financial advisory firm, she is an ambassador for Photovoice, a charity that empowers some of the most disadvantaged groups in the world with photographic skills, and holds a joint MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School.

Travis Katz, Trustee
Travis Katz is the Managing Director, International for Fox Interactive Media. In this role, he is responsible for the operations of MySpace.com, Photobucket.com, IGN.com and other Fox Interactive properties across more than 25 countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Prior to joining Fox Interactive, Travis worked in M&A and Business Development for Fox Cable Networks, worked in the media and technology practice at McKinsey and Company, and spent 4 years doing economic development work for the World Bank in Latin America, Africa and South and East Asia. Travis holds a bachelors degree in Public Policy from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
