Who Benefits

By giving your unwanted PC's to us, you can touch the lives of the disadvantaged in some of the following ways.

Education
We typically deploy 20 computers in a school, with each computer being used by and average of 25 pupils per week. In schools and Universities, your computers will give young people the opportunity to learn valuable skills that can give them a head start when they reach employment age. The use of computers also provides access to a wealth of up-to-date educational materials,  and an interesting alternative to traditional teaching methods, improving motivation in teachers and pupils.

Health
Computers can transform the management of Hospitals and Health Centres by supporting electronic record keeping of patients. Your computers can help hospitals implement modern healthcare techniques, giving doctors and nurses the opportunity to be more effective. Through carefully designed connectivity, hospitals can share information and expertise between themselves.

Charities
Charities and Community Groups in the developing world can benefit from your equipment. Computers can help make an organisation more productive and efficient. By using Information Technology to save time spent on administrative work, charities can concentrate on making a real difference to the lives of people on the ground.

Small Enterprises
Your computers may also be used to help small enterprises in Africa. It is these organisations that fuel the local economies in the developing world, by modernising their operations and making them more productive it is possible to create regions of genuine prosperity.
